I am always looking for healthy ways to eat and this cucumber sandwich was a win for me.
This is so easy to do and it’s a very healthy alternative to eating processed bread.
See steps below:
Take one medium/large cucumber and cut it in half and then using a spoon, scoop out the seeds in the center. By scooping out the seeds, you are creating space for your filling.
Next, create any sandwich you want! I made the one in the picture above with fish— You can use basically anything you would make a sandwich out of!
