Parents often ask how they can get their children to eat more fruits and vegetables and answers are always the same
1. Lead by example.
Let’s face it, kids do more of what we do and not what we say so show them that fruits and vegetables is good for you too!
2. Add vegetables to all of their meals as much as possible and try to eat the same food as a family.
3. Don’t give the same boring fruits and vegetables over and over again. Switch it up regularly.
4. Finally, make it FUN!
